Vikas Agrawal is the Managing Partner and Founder of Ayumi Ventures, a forward-thinking venture capital firm dedicated to identifying and investing in transformative opportunities across diverse industries. With a unique combination of medical expertise as a neurologist and a deep passion for innovation, Vikas bridges the gap between healthcare and business to nurture groundbreaking ventures.

Vikas has a proven track record of identifying and cultivating opportunities that drive growth and create lasting impact. In addition to his role at Ayumi Ventures, he serves on the Ardsley School Board and actively contributes to a variety of nonprofit organizations, including hospital medical boards.

Self-identifying as curious, kind, and a risk taker , Vikas believes that with the right structure, persistence, and curiosity, a thousand ideas can bloom—and humanity’s best days are yet to come.

Nishchal Basnyat is a graduate of Harvard (BA), Cambridge (MPhil), and Yale Law School (JD). At Harvard, he was awarded the John Harvard Scholarship for highest academic achievement and the Hoopes Prize for his thesis. At Cambridge, he served as the Lt. Charles Fiske III Scholar.

He currently serves as the CEO of Terma Project, a technology holding company in New York and is also Head of Investments at Ayumi Ventures, which invests primarily in HealthTech. He previously worked as an investment banker at Lazard and worked at various funds on Wall Street.

Nishchal is also the co-editor of ‘Founding Moments in Constitutionalism,’ a textbook in constitutional law published by Hart / Bloomsbury.”

Vivek is a seasoned technology executive with proven expertise in business opportunity identification, product conceptualization, and scaling products to mass-market adoption. Most recently, he helped revamp data products for Amazon’s Advertising business. Previously, as CEO of Medic.Life, Vivek built the company with a mission to provide passive, continuous health monitoring for preventative care through patented products. He holds an MBA from Yale University and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Vivek enjoys exploring nature with his family.

Dr. Himanshu Gupta is a board-certified cardiologist with advanced qualifications in cardiac imaging. Internationally recognized for his expertise in cardiovascular imaging, he has published extensively in leading medical journals. Dr. Gupta holds multiple patents resulting from his innovative research and has served as the principal investigator for National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded research projects. He excels in integrating technology and medicine, having earned certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Business. His current research efforts focus on the application of AI in medicine, particularly in tackling coronary heart disease, which remains a significant health challenge.
